We are hiring for the position of Branch Manager Agency Sales for our Insurance business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the assigned Office/Branch Agency Business Plan.
- Develop and expand the Agency Channel in the assigned territory.
- Recruit, train and develop Agency Managers.
- Drive sales targets and improve team productivity.
- Manage and motivate the Agency Sales team.
- Develop relationships with agents and Agency Managers.
- Identify new business opportunities and strengthen the agency network.
- Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and business plans.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate with 8+ years of experience in Agency Channel Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Team Handling.
- Strong experience in Life Insurance Agency Sales preferred/required.
- Age should be below 40 years.
- Candidate should be residing in Nashik or Pune.
- Strong communication, leadership and team-management skills.
