Description
Accountable for liabilities and assets growth, thirdparty revenue, and branch profitability; ensures auditready operations, KYC/AML adherence, and risk control; builds a highperforming team and deepens relationships with priority customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability
- Drive service excellence, ensure quick grievance closure, and promote digital adoption
- Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping
- Achieve robust audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches
- Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines
- Monitor P&L; levers (yields, fees, costtoincome) and execute corrective actions.
Qualifications
Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years ((incl. team leadership)
Qualifications
Graduate, MBA preferred .
