A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Head the Agency Sales Regional Office & lead all Branch staff and Advisors & co-ordinate with seniors including those at HO.
Constant Recruitment, Training & Development of Branch Managers, Sales Managers & Insurance Advisors of Agency Channel.
Help, assist & guide the Branch Managers, Sales Managers & Insurance Advisors
To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets through desired relationship management for Agency Sales and Cross Sales.
To motivate BMs/SMs/Advisors with various competitions, contests and R&R; Initiatives launched by the company.
Regular monitoring of BMs, SMs & Advisors performance and conducting regular team meetings & performance review programs to take necessary corrective measures.
Facilitate administrative & operational supports to BMs, SMs & Advisors of Agency Channel for the smooth functioning.
Adherence to Audit Compliance as per company Standards.

C. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
Agile Leader with of experience in Health Insurance.
MBA (Sales or Marketing) would be preferred.
Should have team handling experience.
D. SKILLS REQUIRED
Rich experience in agency development model for Health Insurance .
