Role Description The Branch Manager Consumer Electronics and TV (West Bengal) is a full-time, on-site role based in West Bengal, India. This position is responsible for overseeing branch operations, including sales, distribution, and service for consumer electronics and TV product lines. Daily activities include managing sales teams, setting and tracking sales targets, monitoring inventory and stock levels, coordinating with distributors and retailers, and ensuring excellent customer service and after-sales support. The role also involves implementing local marketing initiatives, analyzing market trends and competitor activity, preparing performance reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and processes. The Branch Manager will work closely with regional leadership to drive growth, enhance brand presence, and maintain high operational standards in the assigned territory. Qualifications Strong branch operations and sales management skills, including team leadership, target setting, and performance monitoring.Experience in consumer electronics and/or TV product segments, with understanding of retail channels, distribution networks, and after-sales service.Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective local sales and marketing strategies.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with internal teams, dealers, and customers.Proficiency in basic business reporting, MS Office tools, and use of CRM or sales management systems.Bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Proven experience in a branch manager or area manager role, preferably within consumer electronics, appliances, or related industries.Ability to work on-site across West Bengal, with willingness to travel within the region as required.Strong problem-solving skills, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset. .
