Branch Manager| Srikakulam Accountable for liabilities and assets growth, thirdparty revenue, and branch profitability; ensures auditready operations, KYC/AML adherence, and risk control; builds a highperforming team and deepens relationships with priority customers. Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability Drive service excellence, ensure quick grievance closure, and promote digital adoption Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping Achieve strong audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines Monitor P&L levers (yields, fees, costtoincome) and execute corrective actions. Experience Range: 6 to 12 Years ((incl. team leadership) Qualifications: Graduate, MBA preferred Experience Level Mid Level .
