Key Responsibilities
**
- Lead and manage a team of junior employees at the branch
- Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them
- Ensure excellent customer service, handle inquiries, and address complaints
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Palakkad district market
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, prepare reports, and communicate findings to company headquarters
- Implement marketing initiatives and campaigns to increase branch visibility and attract new customers
- Manage branch operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other branches and company departments to achieve overall company goals

Qualifications Required

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Good communication and sales skills
- Strong skills in branch development, marketing, staff handling, and customer relations
- Ability to analyze data and report on branch performance
- Knowledge of financial services and products
