Job Responsibilities
- Drive overall branch sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
- Monitor branch profitability, productivity, and business growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
- Acquire new customers through the Direct Channel.
- Identify recent business opportunities.
- Monitor branch expenses and maintain cost efficiency.
- Track daily sales performance and team productivity.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 to 8 years of experience in the Life Insurance Direct Channel only.
- Experience of managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products, sales processes, and team management.
