Achieve branch business targets for Gold Loan disbursement and portfolio growth.
Acquire recent customers through field activities, referrals, local marketing, and relationship building.
Increase branch profitability through cross-selling of financial products.
Manage day-to-day branch operations efficiently.
Ensure accurate documentation, KYC verification, and loan processing.
Maintain proper branch records and MIS.
Supervise accurate valuation and purity assessment of pledged gold.
Ensure compliance with LTV norms and internal risk policies.
Lead, train, and motivate branch staff.
Monitor team productivity and target achievement .
