01Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in the agency vertical of Life Insurance (LI) or Health Insurance (HI).
At least 2 years of proven team-handling experience in the insurance industry.
Strong knowledge of the Coimbatore and Pondicherry market areas.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned locations.
Qualifications
Graduate in any specialization (10th, 12th + 3-year degree/diploma).
Post-graduation is an added advantage.
Maximum age limit: 40 years. .
