01Overview
Overall responsibility for the smooth functioning and performance of the branch.
Manage and monitor branch operations, including allocation and follow-up of survey assignments.
Coordinate with insurance companies, clients, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
Ensure timely completion and submission of survey reports and claim-related documentation.
Monitor TAT, pending cases, productivity, and branch performance.
Lead, guide, and evaluate the performance of surveyors and branch employees.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in survey reports and documentation.
Handle client and insurer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
Support business development and strengthen relationships with insurance companies and clients.
Prepare and submit regular MIS, productivity reports, and branch performance reports to management.
Manage branch administration, employee discipline, attendance, and operational requirements.
Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements.
Ensure adherence to company policies, IRDAI guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Compensation: 600,000.00 - 1,000,000.00 per year
