Branch Manager (BM) Company: Maxvalue Credits and Investment Ltd. Location: Bangalore Industry: NBFC Job Summary Maxvalue Credits and Investment Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience in the NBFC sector, particularly in gold loans, wealth management, and third-party financial products. Key Responsibilities - Manage the overall operations and profitability of the branch. Drive business growth in Gold Loans, Wealth Management, and Third-Party Products (Insurance, NCDs, etc.). Achieve branch sales and revenue targets. Build and maintain solid customer relationships. Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the branch team. Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and company policies. Monitor loan portfolio quality and control delinquency. Develop business through local marketing, referrals, and relationship-building activities. Ensure accurate documentation, audit readiness, and operational excellence. Recruit, train, and develop branch employees. Eligibility - Graduate in any discipline - Minimum 35 years of experience in an NBFC, Bank, or Gold Loan company, including team handling. Proven experience in Gold Loans, Wealth Management, and Third-Party Product sales. Solid leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to achieve business targets and manage branch operations independently. Preferred Skills - Leadership and people management. Sales and business development. Credit and risk assessment.
