Job Title:  Branch Manager | Agency Development Manager | Senior Agency Development Manager

Key Responsibilities for Agency Channel:

Recruit and onboard insurance advisors / agents
Train agents on products, sales process, and compliance
Motivate and guide agents to achieve sales targets
Drive business through the team of agents
Monitor agent performance and productivity
Conduct regular team meetings and field visits
Ensure policy issuance and documentation compliance
Maintain long-term relationships with agents

Eligibility Criteria:

16 years in Sales / Insurance / BFSI / Pharma / Automobile / Telecom
