Role Description The Branch Manager (Contract) will oversee day-to-day branch operations in a remote capacity, ensuring smooth coordination of sales, distribution, and customer service activities. Responsibilities include managing relationships with clients and vendors, monitoring inventory and order fulfillment, and implementing branch-level strategies aligned with company goals. The role involves supervising and guiding branch team members, setting performance targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards. The Branch Manager will also analyze sales data, prepare periodic reports, and collaborate with senior management to improve branch performance and expand market presence.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising teams and driving performance.Proficiency in branch operations, including sales coordination, inventory management, and customer relationship management.Ability to analyze sales and operational data, prepare reports, and make data-informed decisions.Good communication and negotiation skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Familiarity with electrical or electronic products and industry standards is highly beneficial.Comfort with remote work tools and digital collaboration platforms, with strong organizational and time management abilities.Relevant bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in branch management, sales management, or operations management, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing sector. .
