Branch Manager:
- Responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including lending, product sales, customer service,
- Enhance and contribute in the growth of the company through Business Development
- Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales.
- Prepare and review monthly activity calendar of activities for RO/RM/SM.
- Ensure proper on-boarding of all new customers acquired
- Conduct daily morning huddles to discuss daily plan and agenda for employees
- Maintain customer relationship through sourcing and on-boarding process
- Monitor DSR (Daily Sales report) on a regular basis
- Mentor/Guide new joinees as well as existing branch employees.
- Timely Closure of OTC and PDD.
Relationship Manager/Relationship Officer:
- Generate new customer leads through direct sourcing or via connectors.
- Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities
- Follow up on recent leads and referrals to generate business
- Achieving the monthly sales targets, Cross sell assets and fee products
- Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the company
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular engagement.
- Resolve customer queries/issues and facilitate customer service
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups.
