Role & responsibilities
- Achieving sales targets set for the branch with desired product mix by ensuring 100% compliance within budgeted cost & yield
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive maximum number of business
- Handling a team of Direct Sales (DST) and/or DSA manage & motivate them
- Assuring the proper sourcing of Home Loan & LAP business and maintain the 0% delinquency
- Assisting in & recommending tie-up with Builders for APF or otherwise
- Develop & maintain tie-up with channel partners like DSA , Connectors and Referrals
- Conducting marketing / sale promotional activities in the markets he/she is responsible for
- Assessing the optimum utilization of Direct Team for sourcing of business and customer service
- Assuring excellent Team management and relationship with staff and customers
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must have Graduation or post-graduation degree
- Candidate must have 4 to 9 years of experience in Banking or NBFC specially from Home loan and LAP
- Must have the ability to manage the team and channel partners
- Understating of documents to be taken from customer like KYC and financial documents.
- Knowledge of the area and the locality where to fund or not to be fund ( Negative and positive areas in terms of the individual and property as well
- Understating of the basic credit criteria
- High energy professional with robust selling skills
- Collaborative style of work with a strong customer service outlook
