Key Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations, including sales, customer service, and collections.
Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to achieve business objectives.
Build strong local customer and business relationships.
Drive loan disbursement and recovery targets.
Ensure compliance with company processes and maintain efficient day-to-day branch operations.
Support business growth and contribute to TJFC's financial inclusion and MSME-focused objectives.
Travel within the field as required for branch and business activities.
Required Skills & Experience
1015 years of experience in NBFC lending.
Experience in vehicle loans and MSME loans.
Proven team leadership and people management skills.
Strong sales, collection, and business development capabilities.
Good customer relationship and local market networking skills.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Tamil fluency preferred.
