Role & responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive branch-level disbursement, revenue, and market share targets for Two Wheeler Loans.
- Develop and execute branch-level sales plans in alignment with cluster and zonal strategies.
- Ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion through dealers and sales channels.
Team Management:
- Lead, manage, and motivate Relationship Officers/Sales Executives and branch staff.
- Drive productivity, performance management, training, and capability development of the team.
- Conduct daily huddles, reviews, and field monitoring.
Dealer & Channel Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with two-wheeler dealers, DSAs, and local channel partners.
- Onboard current dealers and expand branch distribution footprint.
- Ensure strong brand presence and visibility at dealer locations.
Operations, Process & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to company policies, credit guidelines, operational processes, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.
- Maintain documentation quality, TAT, and customer service standards. .
