About the Role
METERMILE is looking for a motivated Operations Executive to lead our Patna office. This is a great chance for freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a long-term career in operations and business management.
The selected candidate will handle day-to-day office operations, basic accounts, team coordination, recruitment support, and customer relationship management. You will also supervise call center executives, maintain reports, coordinate with the head office, and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office and operational activities.
- Lead and support the call center team.
- Maintain daily expense records and basic accounts.
- Prepare reports using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with customers and business partners.
- Assist in hiring and training new employees.
- Ensure daily targets and operational goals are achieved.
- Handle administrative tasks and vendor coordination.
- Report directly to the company management.
Who Can Apply
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, MBA preferred).
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
- Willing to learn, take ownership, and manage multiple responsibilities.
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: 15,000 per month
- Performance Bonus: 3,000 per successful closing
