Key Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the branch.
* Handle end-to-end insurance operations, including policy processing, documentation, renewals, endorsements, and servicing.
* Ensure timely coordination with insurance companies, internal teams, advisors, and clients.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation related to insurance policies and client transactions.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling insurance products to existing and prospective clients.
* Coordinate with the wealth management and sales teams to support insurance business growth.
* Assist Relationship Managers and Business Development teams with operational and product-related requirements.
* Monitor policy renewals and follow up with clients to ensure timely renewals and retention.
* Handle client queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally and within defined timelines.
* Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of clients as per organizational and regulatory requirements.
* Maintain MIS, operational reports, branch records, and other management reports.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and standard operating procedures.
* Coordinate with senior management regarding branch performance, operational challenges, and process improvements.
* Support the branch in achieving business and revenue targets through effective operations and client servicing.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and client experience.

* Strong knowledge of insurance operations and policy servicing.
* Experience in handling insurance products within a wealth management or financial services environment.
* Proven experience in cross-selling insurance policies and identifying business opportunities.
