Role & responsibilities :
The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end branch operations for Home Loans and MSME lending business in an NBFC environment.
The role ensures smooth loan processing, documentation, disbursement, compliance, customer servicing, operational controls, and coordination with credit, sales, legal, and risk teams.
The incumbent drives operational efficiency, TAT adherence, portfolio hygiene, audit readiness, and customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile :
0- 2 years of experience in NBFC/Banking operations.
Exposure to Home Loans and MSME lending operations.
Experience in branch operations, loan processing, and customer servicing .
