Position: Branch Relationship Manager - Life Insurance Direct Channe
Location: Trivandrum, Kollam, Ernakulam & Thrissur
Experience: 310 years of sales experience in Life Insurance agency or direct channel industry
Salary : Upto 5 - 6.5 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage branch cold-calling activities to generate business leads
* Train and mentor the sales team on life insurance products and sales techniques
* Track and monitor cold-calling performance and business outcomes
* Drive branch sales efforts to achieve targets and improve market share
* Collaborate with the sales team to close business and convert leads into policyholders
* Implement strategies to overcome objections and improve conversions
* Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
* Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
* Manage branch budgets, reporting, and administrative activities
* Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve business objectives .
