Job Role:
Hiring, training and evaluating branch employees
Setting and achieving the branchs business goals
Ensuring the branch runs smoothly and adheres to organizations policies
Preparing and managing the branchs budget
Nurturing relationships with customers, vendors and the community
Making managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch
Desired Candidate Profile : Candidate must have LIFE INSURANCE experience ;
Agency team handling experience prefer, Can Consider agency channel frontline performers also .
Should have Proper documents of experienced companies & MIS REPORT OF LAST 2 YEAYR
Ctc- Up to 11.5Lakh/ Annum
