Role & responsibilities :
Generate business for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
Source customers through DSA, connectors, builders, and direct sourcing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and customers.
Conduct market mapping to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure timely login and processing of customer files.
Coordinate with the credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing.
Monitor the loan pipeline and ensure timely disbursement.
Maintain portfolio quality and ensure adherence to company policies.
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of LAP products and mortgage lending.
Strong networking and business development skills.
Customer-focused approach.
Team handling experience will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office. .
