01Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers through direct sales and open market sourcing
- Build and manage strong relationships with DSAs, connectors, brokers, and agents
- Identify market opportunities and generate business through customized loan solutions
- Conduct client meetings, sales calls, and follow-ups to drive conversions
- Guide customers through loan processes and ensure proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for faster loan processing and disbursals
- Track sales performance, maintain MIS reports, and meet assigned targets
- Expand channel network and explore new business areas
02Requirements
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 2 4 years of experience in sales (preferably secured loans / micro finance / field sales)
- Robust communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and field-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel extensively
