Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading the Partnerships & Alliances team at Zopper, a series D-funded startup in the insurtech industry. Your main focus will be on building, scaling, and managing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth, brand visibility, and long-term business value. By identifying high-impact alliance opportunities and negotiating winwin partnerships, you will create monetization-led ecosystems that benefit our business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall partnerships and alliances strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage long-term strategic partners across BFSI, consumer brands, and digital platforms.
- Generate new revenue streams and monetization opportunities through strategic partnerships.
- Take ownership of partnership P&L, revenue targets, and performance metrics.
- Develop and implement co-branded campaigns, benefit programs, and reward structures.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including partner onboarding, integration, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
- Monitor performance and provide actionable insights through detailed reports.
Qualifications Required
- 812 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, business development, or strategic sales.
- Demonstrated track record of establishing large-scale partnerships with prominent brands and enterprises.
- Background in consumer internet, fintech, BFSI, e-commerce, or insurtech industries is preferred.
- An MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is desirable.
