Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 10 months of International Voice Process Experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational offs
Immediate joiners preferred

Handle inbound customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolution.
Build positive customer experiences through effective communication.
Maintain quality and productivity standards.
Accurately document customer interactions.
