Key Responsibilities
- Own planning, forecasting, and performance management for CCO APAC covering Total Revenue, Total Expenses, and Headcount
- Lead annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, outlooks, and multi-year P&L projections for CCO APAC in coordination with APAC CFO, Global CFOs, and FP&A Team
- Involved in position-level headcount planning and forecasting for CCO APAC
- Act as a Finance Business Partner to APAC Country Heads, providing financial performance insights through monthly Finance Review meetings
- Provide timely, insight-driven commentary on variances, trends, risks, and opportunities for the CCO APAC business and Country Finance reports
- Partner with APAC functional CFOs, Client Profitability, Insight Centers, and Pricing Teams to deliver in-depth financial analysis to cater to country heads and their teams' requirements
Qualifications Required
- 10+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, preferably within financial services or technology-enabled platforms
- Strong understanding of Margin management, Revenue Models, Headcount Models, and Expense Analysis
- Proven experience leading large, global FP&A teams
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and performance analytics
- Demonstrated success in driving automation, advanced analytics, or AI initiatives in finance
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Preferred experience in asset servicing, custody, asset management, fintech, or enterprise financial software environments
- Exposure to servicing economics, client profitability, and cost-to-serve analysis
- Familiarity with modern EPM platforms, BI tools, and analytics solutions
- MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced qualification

You will work closely with global finance leaders and functional stakeholders on cost optimization initiatives, headcount planning, and investment scenario analysis. Additionally, you will act as the Finance Business Partner to APAC Country Heads, providing monthly financial performance insights through Finance Review meetings. You will also lead the India BU Finance CFO support team based in India, providing mentorship, driving capability building, and managing senior stakeholder relationships across the region.
