Job Description
Freshers interested in Voice Process (Inbound Calls) are welcome.
Minimum Qualification: Intermediate / 12th / PUC / Graduate.
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) required.
Candidates must be willing to work in the International BPO Industry.
Provide product and service information to customers.
Identify and elevate issues to supervisors as needed.
Respond to customer queries within the defined TAT.
Must be comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones).
Compensation & Benefits
Freshers: 23,000 (Take Home per Month)
Experienced: 28,000 (Take Home per Month)
Meal Voucher: 800/- per month
