Role & responsibilities
Handle calls from international customers in a professional manner.
Provide prompt and accurate resolutions to customer queries, concerns, and requests.
Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions as per process guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/tools and update call details regularly.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant team for timely resolution.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer experience targets.
Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and process requirements.
Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with internal teams when required.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts/night shifts and support global customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
Good listening, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts as per business requirements.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to new processes.
Prior experience in International Voice Process, Customer Support, BPO, or Call Center operations will be an added advantage.
Graduation in any discipline preferred (Undergraduates may apply as per process requirements).
