About The Opportunity A rapid-scaling HR technology and staffing solutions firm operating at the intersection of talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and enterprise recruitment automation. We enable mid-market and Fortune 500 clients across India to build data-driven hiring strategies, optimize hiring funnels, and scale teams with precisionusing intelligent dashboards, process automation, and candidate experience mapping.
Role &
- Responsibilities
- Translate business hiring goals into measurable KPIs, metrics, and process workflows for recruitment teams.
- Map end-to-end recruitment lifecycle stagesfrom sourcing to onboardingand identify automation or efficiency opportunities.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to track sourcing ROI, time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion rates.
- Partner with HR leaders to define SLAs, hiring targets, and performance benchmarks for internal and agency-based hiring.
- Conduct gap analysis between current hiring processes and desired operational excellence; document process blueprints and improvement roadmaps.
- Facilitate workshops with hiring managers to align role requirements, interview scorecards, and offer negotiation playbooks.
