About this role: reputed company is seeking a Business Accountability Specialist to support the Escalation Review Team which is a part of reputed company Complaints and Remediations (ECR) group. reputed company Complaints and Remediations brings together customer-reputed company functions from across the reputed company to reputed company a holistic approach. to critical points of interaction with reputed company customers. The group, which includes reputed company Complaints, Customer Remediations, Redress and the Escalated Review Team, is responsible for understanding the causes of issues that reputed company customers and providing solutions that ensure customers needs are reputed company and supported. The group is also accountable for ensuring regulators expectations are met and that employees have the tools and training necessary for reputed company. E, FCRA, reputed company, BSA/AML, Reg.
