01Responsibilities
Create and maintain parts, BOMs, substitutions, and orderability updates. Evaluate requests for accuracy, completeness, and potential downstream impacts. Respond to support requests submitted by global data center technicians and business stakeholders. Investigate and resolve data quality issues, process exceptions, and system discrepancies. Provide subject matter expertise for projects and partner teams leveraging MMT-managed data. Support new product introduction and sustaining operations activities. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for process and tooling enhancements and provide actionable feedback. Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and knowledge articles. Identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Experience creating and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOMs), product structures, or related master data. Experience with ERP, MRP, PLM, or similar enterprise systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to assess business impacts and identify potential issues before implementation. Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations environments. Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high degree of ownership and accountability. .
