01Responsibilities
- Lead end to end requirements management, including enhancements, defect fixes, and change requests - Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, application configuration teams, and support teams - Coordinate the development, testing, and delivery of features and system changes - Support prioritization, impact assessment, and traceability of requirements across R&D systems - Manage and track changes using Jira and ServiceNow - Ensure solutions align with R&D processes, regulatory expectations, and validated system environments Professional & Technical Skills: - Must have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences R&D, Life Sciences, Regulatory Business Analyst. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business processes and translate them into clear requirements. - Excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise between diverse stakeholders. - Capability to conduct thorough research and synthesize data to support decision-making. - Familiarity with process modeling and documentation techniques relevant to life sciences research and development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Life Sciences BA, Veeva Vault RIM BA or any other RIM BA Experience is Mandatory, - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
