BFSI Experience (Mandatory): Minimum 5 years of recent BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) experience is mandatory.
Location: Open candidate can be based at any of our India delivery locations, with a preference for Delhi Client, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, or Chennai.
Engagement Type - Full Time - Permanent
Notice Period: Immediate joiners strongly preferred. Candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days maximum will be considered this is a firm requirement with no exceptions.
Role Overview
A generic Transformation BA with positive experience across any banking domain. A background in global delivery of data projects, along with awareness of the client's core systems and ways of operating, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for analytics/data transformation initiatives
- Support global delivery of data projects, working within a banking domain context
- Translate business needs into clear requirements for technology and data teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and actioned
- Support UAT, validation, and delivery tracking activities as needed
Required / Must-Have Skills
- Transformation BA experience within a banking domain
- Background in global delivery of data projects preferred
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of analytics / data / wealth project experience would be beneficial but is not mandatory .
