We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in UAE, with immediate joiners preferred. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience and be responsible for bridging our US, UK, and local clients with the delivery team.
Roles and Responsibility
Gather requirements from clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
Write clear BRDs/SRS that meet client requirements and align with project goals.
Map workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
Own scope from kickoff to sign-off, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Analyze business problems and develop solutions to drive process improvements.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with international clients is an added advantage.
