Job Description
Having 7+ years of experience as business Analyst in BFSI domain Experience of working within a business analysis or solution design role, experience on Banking projects.Experience of planning Business Analysis activitiesExperience of developing Business Analysis approach documentsAbility to coach and deliver requirements and/or user storiesAbility to coach and deliver As-Is processesAbility to coach and deliver Re-engineering of To-Be processes to ensure they meet the business needAbility to understand the business need and translate this into appropriate design documentationAbility to understand complex and technical discussions and relay this back to stakeholders and offshore counterpartsA high level of proficiency in defining functional and non-functional business requirements, with the ability to clearly articulate them, manage stakeholder conflict and identify key decisions.Experienced with task managing different resource types across multiple locationsAbility to facilitate, lead and capture outputs from workshops.Ability to complete traceability between Business Requirements and Design Docs and Test. .
