Overview
As a Business Analyst at Capco, a global technology and management consulting firm, you will play a crucial role in bridging business and technology teams within Private Banking to drive data-driven and digital initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Gathering and documenting business, functional, and data requirements
- Translating wealth management needs into user stories and technical specifications
- Defining and mapping data flows across core banking systems like Avaloq, data platforms, and digital channels
- Supporting the design of client journeys including onboarding, portfolio management, and transactions
- Collaborating with engineering teams on solution design and delivery
- Facilitating workshops with stakeholders across business and technology
- Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), testing, and implementation activities
- Demonstrating a strong understanding of Private Banking / Wealth Management processes
- Having familiarity with core banking platforms such as Avaloq and associated data models
- Experience in mapping end-to-end data lineage across systems
Skills & Experience required for this role:
- Strong Business Analyst capabilities including requirements gathering and stakeholder management
- Experience in Agile delivery using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and user stories
- Proficiency in data analysis and mapping
