Business Analyst - P & C Insurance - Small commercial lines of Businesss Experience - 8 - 13 years Location - Noida/Gurugran/Bangalore/Pune (hybrid) Key Requirement for the Position At least 8+ years of work experience in Business Analyst role in any reputed Information Technology company. 8+ years of experience in Insurance domain. Knowledge about complete Insurance value chain i.e. Submission, Quotes, Policy Bound, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing and Reinsurance. Prior working experience in managing international clients, Small Commercial Lines, multi-vendor involvement in solution delivery. Strong documentation skills on feature understanding, tracking of items, maintaining RTM, FSD, Change requests documents, back log/ query log. Ability in analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented thinking. Job Description Support the product manager to define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, which includes user stories, features, and tasks Create user stories and add acceptance criteria Clarify requirements, answer questions, and provide guidance throughout the sprint to ensure team delivers high-value features Review completed work against acceptance criteria, approving or rejecting deliverables to ensure they meet user expectations and business goals. Own UAT by validating that delivered features meet business expectations and are ready for release Assist BAs / Testing Team in creating functional / Regression test suites to be used in testing business applications to verify that client requirements are incorporated into application Guide/mentor junior BAs in organization Participate in value addition initiatives for creating meaningful assets for account or organisation per opportunity .
