Business Analyst - Banking Domain - Senior

At EY, as a Senior Business Analyst in the Data and Analytics (D&A) team focusing on the Banking domain, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing projects, and supporting end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and product teams to ensure high-quality solutions align with business needs.

- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements for various banking products and operational workflows. - Define, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on value, risk, and business impact. - Support project planning, manage timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate requirement implementation. - Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, ensuring solutions meet business expectations. - Apply deep understanding of retail and corporate banking products, regulatory frameworks, and operational workflows. - Utilize tools like Alation, Collibra for data discovery and metadata documentation, and perform advanced data analysis using SQL and Excel. - Create insights and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for reporting and decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Finance, or related field. - 6+ years of Business Analysis experience in Banking/Financial Services domain. - Experience in Agile project delivery and cross-functional coordination. - Certifications such as CBAP, Agile Scrum Master, or Banking domain certifications are preferred.
