- Strong BA experience within Cards and Payments Operations.
- Understanding of card lifecycle, customer onboarding, and fraud management processes.
- Support implementation and adoption of the recent Cards workflow platform.
- Strong requirements management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Banking and Payments Operations background preferred.
- Prior experience delivering regulatory change initiatives within Banking & Financial Services.
- Ability to engage with global and local risk stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
- Understanding of regulatory metrics impacting the Commercial Cards business.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills. .
