Role & responsibilities
Relevant experience in T+1, accelerated settlement, post-trade transformation, or comparable market structure change initiatives;
Front-to-back post-trade knowledge across areas such as allocations, confirmations, funding, FX, securities lending, margin, clearing and settlement;
Sufficient technology fluency to support coordination of systems, interfaces, STP flows and related dependencies
Ability to provide practical regulatory and market insight, alongside disciplined execution support.
Proven experience as Change Business Analyst having documented BRD, FRD/FSD, Gap analysis, As-is & To-Be analysis, Requirement prioritization etc
Proven expertise in Agile project delivery having a clear understanding of sprint, backlogs, acceptance criteria etc .
