We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Generative AI (GenAI) expertise to drive business requirements, identify AI opportunities, and translate business challenges into effective technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Agile environments, stakeholder management, requirements analysis, and AI/GenAI concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.Translate business requirements and problems into technology and AI-driven solutions.Identify, evaluate, and define AI/GenAI use cases aligned with business objectives.Conduct requirement workshops and facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders.Develop process models, user journeys, business rules, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Data Scientists, Developers, and other stakeholders.Evaluate AI opportunities and support realization of measurable business benefits.Contribute to Agile ceremonies, solution discussions, and delivery activities.Support AI adoption and transformation initiatives across business functions.
Mandatory Skills
Business Analysis
12+ years of strong Business Analysis experience.Proven experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.Strong expertise in requirements elicitation and management.Process modelling and solution design.Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.Excellent analytical, communication, and consulting skills.AI & GenAI
Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, LLMs, and Generative AI.Hands-on experience identifying and shaping AI/GenAI use cases.Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI solution adoption.Ability to assess AI opportunities, feasibility, and business value.Understanding of enterprise AI implementation and adoption practices.Data & Technical
Good understanding of SQL, data models, data schemas, and analytics concepts.Experience working with enterprise data platforms and cloud-based AI ecosystems.Exposure to Databricks, Azure AI Foundry, or similar AI/data platforms is highly desirable.Ability to work effectively with Data Scientists, Solution Architects, Developers, and Engineering teams.
