Business Analyst(HRMS, FA, RI, Ticketing) (India)

- Analyze data to identify trends and patterns and develop insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business decisions. - Collect business requirements from stakeholders and develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource requirements. - Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support. - Ensure that project objectives and deliverables are clearly defined and met. - Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed. - Establish Agile project methodology in the organization - Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners. - Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management. - Ensure that project teams adhere to project management best practices, methodologies, and standards. - Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting project costs. - Facilitate project meetings, including status updates, risk reviews, and decision-making. - Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, project plans, and status reports.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering/Business Administration, or related field. - Preferable certifications: IIBA, PMP, PRINCE2, - Familiarity with project management tools, such as JIRA, Trello, and Asana. - 5 to 8 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related field. - Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. - At least two full life cycle project management and full life cycle business analysis experience is expected. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage and motivate project teams, including remote and distributed teams. - Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
