Noida, Mumbai, Delhi / NCRJob Description Roles and ResponsibilitiesRole Description The Senior Business Analyst facilitates business process improvement with analysis, review and documentation of functional business specifications. The resource manages the requirements and development process through the elicitation, analysis, specification and verification of multiple levels of requirements from an end-to-end perspective and supports the ongoing management of the requirements. Currently Handling Products: TIN, PAN, NPS, IRCTC, DMT, AEPS, Micro ATMKEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Perform data analysis to support evaluation of system defects or to develop requirements for new functionality Conduct impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and existing technology. Coordinate activities including on-time delivery, testing and production moves. Provide analytical support for critical corporate initiatives including business function support for system migrations and consolidations Demonstrate a high level of subject matter expertise in functional area to bridge business requirements and IT solutions. Practice knowledge transfer and change management as the organization changes and new skills are required, focusing on team/individual development to be a valued contributor Ensure proper Quality Assurance throughout the project Develop functional test plans and user acceptance test plans and scenarios. Conduct functional and user acceptance testing by executing the testing strategy, scheduling resources and tracking test performance. Understand basic Project Management practices and apply them as and when required. Work on multiple projects simultaneously Desired Candidate ProfileABILITIES / ATTRIBUTES The candidate must have exposure to Capital Markets domain with an ability to understand risk management, front office and back office applications & capital market terminologies. Familiarity with FI products (FX, Derivatives, Commodities and Algorithmic trading) Familiarity with Back Office applications and processes. Experience in capital markets back office will be a plus point. Knowledge in SQL/Oracle/Mongo Db query scripting and comfortable in independently working with relational databases Teamwork-focused/collaborative work style Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail-oriented tasks Ability to influence at all levels of the organization Coaching, mentoring and teaching skill Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PPT Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience of working in a highly agile environment. Working knowledge of SOAP, JMeter and Selenium. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualification & Experience Capital Market domain knowledge (Mandatory) Experience to create use case, user stories (Preferred) Experience with Agile/ Waterfall development methodologies MS Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, & Word) Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business analyst in BFSI Industry with minimum than 1 year experience in Capital Market, Investment Banking and Wealth Management. Industry /Companies candidates can apply Capital Market/ Broking background preferred with additional knowledge of risk management Additional Requirement CBAP (IIBA) will be a plus point Six Sigma Green Belt will be a plus point ISTQB certification will be a plus point. # Immediate joiner preferred.
