01Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation.
Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support UAT, requirement traceability, and project documentation.
Required Skills:
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience in the Insurance domain, (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
Strong knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Education:
MBA (Mandatory) .
