01Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation.
- Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support UAT, requirement traceability, and project documentation.
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience in the Insurance domain, (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
- Solid knowledge of requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
Education:
- MBA (Mandatory) .
