About the Role
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Business Analyst Interns.
This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in business, technology, software applications, AI, and client communication.
You will work closely with clients and our internal technical team to understand business requirements, document them clearly, and help coordinate software projects.
No prior professional experience is required. We are looking for candidates who are willing to learn, communicate well, and take responsibility for their work.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and understand their requirements.
Ask questions to understand business problems and workflows.
Collect and organize client requirements.
Prepare simple requirement documents and notes.
Create basic user stories and feature descriptions.
Explain requirements to developers and designers.
Coordinate between clients and the technical team.
Track project requirements and updates.
Maintain project information using Excel or Google Sheets.
Participate in client meetings and project discussions.
Help test software features against client requirements.
Identify issues, missing requirements, and process gaps.
Prepare meeting notes and follow-up actions.
Research software, AI tools, and technology solutions when required.
Complete assigned tasks independently and provide regular updates.
What We Are Looking For
Fresh graduates or candidates with 01 year experience.
Good communication skills in English.
Good analytical and logical thinking.
Ability to understand and explain information clearly.
Good listening and questioning skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Interest in software and technology.
Willingness to learn Business Analysis and software development processes.
Ability to work independently.
Responsible and disciplined approach to work.
