The company has established offices and a robust customer base across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.Overview Of The RoleKX is hiring a Business Analyst to work closely with product, engineering and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. This is a contract role where you&aposll support Generative AI and Financial Services initiatives through data-driven decision-making and documentation excellence.Key Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document functional and non-functional requirementsTranslate business needs into user stories, workflows and system specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA and product managersFacilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming and user acceptance testingEnsure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycleSkills Requirements Gathering: Expertise in creating functional specs and workflowsAgile Methodologies: Familiar with Scrum processes and sprint ceremoniesDocumentation Tools: Experience with JIRA, Confluence and diagramming toolsData & API Awareness: Understanding of APIs, data flow, dashboards, and system integrationAI/ML Familiarity: Exposure to AI/ML workflows, model requirements and data pipelinesFinancial Services Domain: Experience supporting banking, analytics, or regulatory-driven initiativesCommunication: Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and executive reportingEssential Experience36 years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech or data-driven environmentsStrong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLCHands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence and documentation toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in AI/ML product teams or analytics platformsFamiliarity with APIs, cloud-based tools and integration projectsKnowledge of SQL, dashboards or wireframing tools like Figma/BalsamiqLocation & Workplace TypeHybrid working model based out of PuneWhy Choose KX Data Driven: We lead with instinct and follow fact.Naturally Curious: We lean in, listen and learn fast.All In: We take ownership, take on challenges and give it our all.
