01Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Operations, Compliance, and Technology stakeholders.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, process flows, use cases, and gap analysis reports.
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder discussions for wealth management initiatives and platform enhancements.
- Work closely with Relationship Managers, Investment Advisors, Operations, Compliance, Risk, Product Teams, and Technology teams to define business requirements and target solutions.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for development and implementation teams.
- Support solution design, system integration, SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-implementation reviews.
- Perform impact assessments for current investment products, regulatory changes, digital wealth initiatives, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors, market data providers, custodians, and technology partners to ensure successful delivery.
- Support production issue analysis, defect resolution, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
- Drive automation and digitization initiatives within Wealth Management and Investment platforms.
- Ensure solutions comply with regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements.
Technical Skills:
- Requirement gathering and business process analysis.
- BRD, FSD, and user story preparation.
- Wealth Management business process mapping and workflow design.
- Investment product lifecycle knowledge (Mutual Funds, Equities, Bonds, Structured Products, ETFs, Managed Portfolios, Sukuk, etc.).
- Portfolio Management and Customer Onboarding processes.
- SIT, UAT, and production rollout support.
- API, integration, and interface analysis.
- Data analysis, SQL, and reporting capabilities.
- Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Experience with wealth management reporting, portfolio valuation, and transaction processing workflows.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on Wealth Management platforms such as GTN, Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite, Finacle Wealth Management or similar platforms.

Education & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Banking, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CCBA, or equivalent) preferred.
