Work Type: Work from Office is Mandatory (Monday to Friday)
Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in the Lending, Leasing, and Asset Finance domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Enterprise Leasing applications Implementation, Custom Application Development, or Package Software Implementation projects. This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and cross-functional departments to analyze business requirements, prepare functional documentation, support testing, and ensure successful implementation of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements with AS-IS / TO-BE business process flows.
- Convert business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and design documents for development.
- Prepare and maintain Requirement to testing Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Manage end-to-end business process flows across multiple functional modules within Lending & Leasing applications.
- Analyze cross-functional dependencies and ensure seamless integration between business functions, in a matrix organization.
- Create business scenarios, use cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test data preparation, execution, defect reporting, test evidence collection.
- Coordinate UAT activities with business users and ensure successful implementation.
- Ensure delivered IT solutions meet business requirements and functional expectations.
- Understand and analyze UI Screens, workflow diagrams, and process flow diagrams, including upstream & downstream systems.
- Work closely with development, testing, architecture, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare project documentation, business presentations, process documents, and reports.
Required Skills
- Minimum 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Lending, Leasing, NBFC, or Asset Finance domain.
- Experience in Enterprise Leasing Applications, Application Development, or Package Software Implementation.
- Robust knowledge of:
- Customer onboarding, KYC
- Asset & Portfolio Management, Risk Analysis
- Credit Rating & Contracts
- CASA, Insurance & Payment Gateway Integration
- Deposits, Payments & Receipts, Reconciliation
- GL Entries, Amortization & Delinquency Handling
- Regulatory Compliance & Customer Reporting
- Communication Interfaces and Downstream System Integration
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with business users, development teams, and testing teams throughout the SDLC.
- Proven experience in UAT coordination and implementation.
- Experience in Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Candidate should come from a strong financial background / work experience

- Japanese Language proficiency (JLPT certification or working knowledge).
- Experience working with global teams, especially Japanese stakeholders.
